By signing below, I hereby agree that the 1.4G consumer fireworks purchased will be resold, used, and/or stored in accordance with the state and local laws of the destination of the merchandise. I understand that S.J. Fireworks Unlimited LLC DBA Fireworks Planet shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or arrest that may occur during transportation, storage, handling, resale, or use of these fireworks. I am at least 18 years of age, and I assume all responsibility/liability involved with this purchase and truthfulness of this declaration. The undersigned buyer agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless S.J. Fireworks Unlimited LLC DBA Fireworks Planet, including its managers, members, and employees from any and all liability associated with these fireworks and will not sue the seller in the event of an injury, accident, or arrest. No representations, either oral, or implied, other than those set forth in this document have been made by any parties to this transaction. I understand that, once the merchandise leaves the licensed premises, S.J. Fireworks Unlimited LLC DBA Fireworks Planet will not be responsible for any legal violations, additional freight charges, lost goods, or damaged merchandise. In the event of any dispute related to this transaction, the parties agree the exclusive venue for any dispute is Medina County, Ohio.
